These are not seconds but bulbs that measure under 2 inches in diameter. They are ideal for culinary purposes at a bargain price.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months from harvest, so use by May/June of the following year. Make sure to check your garlic bulbs on a regular basis starting in January.
