Lorz Italian is an artichoke softneck garlic that is very flavorful and spicy. Large heads (up to "3") contain numerous, easy to peel cloves. Lorz Italian is great for roasting, or for the bold, a hot kaboom when eaten raw. This spicy garlic braids very well and is a long storing garlic.
Flavorful Lorz Italian garlic is often used in dishes such as mashed potatoes, pasta, or simply roasted.
Bulbs are white with occasional purple and brown streaks.
